Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of What’s Trending. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

What’s Trending analyzes selected terms, public social-media content, visible engagement information, and competitor accounts to produce trend signals, evidence links, keyword-demand estimates, reports, and content ideas.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, the information you submit, and your use of generated reports. You must use the service lawfully, respect third-party rights and platform rules, and avoid attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Third-party data and services

The service depends on third-party platforms, websites, APIs, and models. Their content, availability, metrics, and rules can change. Evidence links and generated suggestions are provided for research and should be reviewed before use.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in information you submit. We retain rights in the What’s Trending service, software, branding, and original product materials. These terms do not transfer ownership between us.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete coverage of every platform, or that trend and traffic estimates will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, What’s Trending will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The revised date will be published here.
